ABOUT THE SUPERVISOR

Maren Donata Urschel

Supervision is like a spirit level which you can hold up to your work. The aim is to find a level balancing point in the ethical, professional and personal issues you encounter in your coaching practice.

My style is clean, simple, transparent, collegiate and to the point. You will feel supported, challenged, trusted and as an equal when working with me.

 
Within the safety net of a clear contract you will experience what it is like to be authentic and congruent with your feelings, actions and values. I am firm and directive in service of clean ethics and professional integrity, relentless in getting to the key issue, warm and empathetic in supporting you and flexible in adjusting my style and methodology to facilitate your development to the best of your advantage.

I work with coaches at different stages of their career and can relate to the unique challenges that each stage brings. I am an ICF accredited coach supervisor (see Professional Qualifications).
