Example 1: Systemic Coaching and Constellations Taster Workshop
This experiential workshop is aimed at professionals who are interested in integrating a systemic perspective into their work. Based on insights from family constellations, working systemically in an organisational context means taking the wider system into account and understanding relationship patterns and the invisible forces that create them. This leads to fresh solutions and resources. Participants will explore some of the organising principles that sustain and limit systems. They will have the opportunity to embody their learning through practical exercises and experience the method in action.

Success in our professional lives greatly depends on our ability to hold effective and productive conversations. The aim of this interactive workshop is to create awareness of some of the key skills (namely Active Listening, Questioning and Body Language) which enable effective communication and to give participants an opportunity to practise them and reflect on the outcome.
